As a residential institute of the University of Florida, the Florida Academy gives school leaders the opportunity to work collaboratively to examine research-based practices and design practical, effective and measurable strategies that can be implemented in their schools to improve student learning and instructional practice. This includes monthly on-site follow-up to support implementation of action plans.
