The Fellowship is an intensive and comprehensive professional development program that emphasizes collaboration and peer support to improve instruction and student learning.
The Florida Principal Fellowship provides the leaders of Lastinger Center Partner Schools with the time and support necessary to identify and develop the conditions, structures, resources, requirements, skills and knowledge to improve teacher instructional practice and student learning.
