Lime Survey Research Tool
The OER, in collaboration with the Information Technology Office is pleased to offer a new survey tool named LimeSurvey free of charge for your use.

Please follow these steps if you are interested in becoming a designated user:

1. Complete the tutorial featured in this webpage (below) to become acquainted with LimeSurvey
2. Complete necessary IRB approval protocol
3. Email Rosie Warner (rwarner@coe.ufl.edu) to request an account and submit a copy of the approval to her with your request
4. Once an account is set up, you may request related support from Carmelo Callueng, OER Research Assistant (melo_dlsu@yahoo.com).
5. You can log on to the LimeSurvey administrative interface once you are ready to start setting up your survey.
