Gloria Weber – UFTeach Master Teacher

Gloria WeberGloria Weber is a UFTeach mathematics Master teacher who has taught Step 1, Step 2, Classroom Interactions and Apprenticeship teaching. Mrs. Weber began her career teaching fifth and sixth grade in New Jersey. She moved to Florida and taught seventh and eighth grade for three years. She then transferred to high school and has been teaching various high school classes for the last twenty-six years. Mrs. Weber has been with the UFTeach program since 2008, when it began and is truly dedicated to her students. “I am simply amazed at how creative and thoughtful the lessons that UFTeach students write are. It is wonderful to see UFTeach students deliver their lessons in the classroom. Through UFTeach, students get the knowledge, the tools, and the confidence to truly make a difference in children’s lives. I am so proud that our graduates have gotten jobs and are now my colleagues.”
