The purpose of the 325T program is to redesign and restructure high-incidence teacher preparation programs so graduates will meet the State Highly Qualified Teacher special education requirements and will be prepared to teach students with high-incidence disabilities. Sixty-three IHEs were awarded 325T grants (22 in FY 2007, 20 in FY 2008, 12 in FY 2009, and 9 in 2010).
