Erica D. McCray is Professor and Associate Dean for Faculty & Staff Affairs, Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion, and Community & International Engagement in the College of Education at the University of Florida. She earned her doctorate at the University of South Florida, Tampa. Dr. McCray\u2019s experience as a special educator for students with behavioral and learning disabilities in elementary and middle school settings led to her interest in education policy and practice for equity and diversity. Her research extends P-20+ and includes educator effectiveness, diversity, and belonging.<\/p>\n
