With an impressive background in workplace development and expertise, including an <a href=\"https:\/\/education.ufl.edu\/educational-leadership\/\">Ed.S. and Ph.D. in Educational Leadership<\/a>, Dey brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his new role.<\/p>\n<p>Previously serving as Vice Provost for Integrative Learning and Life Design at Johns Hopkins University, Dey is recognized for his innovations in career development, experiential learning and educational technology. He has also served as Dean of Career &amp; Experiential Education at Stanford University, where he increased funding, student engagement and industry partnerships on campus.<\/p>\n<p>Dey\u2019s arrival at PAU is highly anticipated by Daniele Levy, the Chair of PAU\u2019s Board of Trustees. \u201cIn addition to his deep understanding of higher education and commitment to innovation, Farouk stands out for his bold business acumen and inclusive leadership,\u201d says Levy. \u201cHe will strengthen PAU\u2019s presence within the Silicon Valley ecosystem and further elevate the university&#8217;s standing in psychology and behavioral health fields.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The UF alumnus is honored to join the PAU community.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_testimonial _builder_version=&#8221;4.24.0&#8243;
