Community College Leadership Consortium (CCLC)

The purpose of CCLC is to collect additional normative data of community college presidents and top administrators preferred style in the work place. The project uses the Leader Profile and builds upon research of the Saville & Holdsworth Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ). The self-assessment questionnaire is used by over 1,000 companies worldwide in their personnel selection, development and evaluation programs.

Participation is beneficial to colleges in two ways. First, the Profile may be used to devise individual development plans for top administrators. Second, trustees and/or presidents may use the profile in executive search decisions. Job Person Match Reports will be provided indicating each candidate’s self-assessment of his/her preferred Team, Leadership, Subordinate and Selling Style. CCLC will identify areas for further questioning on each candidate to assist colleges in personnel selection or individual development programs. Participation in the project will qualify for the special consortium rate to utilize the Profile.
