Eric Richardson Awarded ASAM Young Investigator Abstract Submission Award

Eric Richardson, counselor education doctoral student, was selected to receive the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) Young Investigator Abstract Submission Award for his abstract for his poster presentation titled, “Perceived Quality of Sleep During Substance Use Disorder Treatment,” which focuses on changes in quality of sleep during participation in a partial hospitalization program and the predictive relationship this may have on other treatment outcomes. This award is presented to a poster’s primary author who is within five years of the completion of a medical residency or receipt of a doctoral degree (eg, MD, PhD, DSc, etc.).
