We designed our on-campus M.Ed. program for students\u00a0who aspire to influence education at a broader level\u2014through system-wide leadership, policy reform, or research.\u00a0Blending academic coursework with hands-on, real-world experience, our students gain a comprehensive foundation in educational leadership and policy. Students who take the typical course load can complete the program in just two years. This track does not include certification for school building leadership roles.<\/p>\n

Program Overview<\/h2>\n

Our innovative program integrates academic coursework with practitioner-based experience to put theory into action. 36 credit hours are required to complete this master\u2019s program<\/span>\u200b\u200b<\/span>. Delivered by a team of knowledgeable faculty focused on student success, our coursework integrates practical experience and the latest research, preparing our graduates to be adaptive in the rapidly evolving educational sector. This program covers\u00a0<\/span>core educational leadership and policy topics, including finance, human resources, instructional leadership, school law, and leadership communication. Professionals interested in pursuing innovative leadership positions outside conventional school environments are a natural fit for this program.<\/span><\/p>\n
