Capital Needs Form
The OER supports the development of grant proposals from start to finish. OER staff help facilitate the submission process through the appropriate mechanisms and serve as liaison to various university offices such as the Division of Sponsored Programs, Contracts and Grants, and Institutional Review Board. OER staff also can assist with project design and budget development, provide feedback on proposal drafts, and prepare tables, figures, reference lists, and appendices.
OER staff will help guide you through the various requirements and resources.
Proposal Expenses
All expenses such as those listed below should be included in the proposal budget if needed for the project and allowed by the funding agency unless otherwise negotiated with the school, college, or university.

Technology Support
Support for technology (beyond the typical) required for the project should be included in the budget if allowed by the funding agency. Contact E-Learning, Technology, and Communications Services (ETC), Distance Education (DE), or Information Technology (IT) to determine applicable costs to the project budget.
