The University of Florida invites newly hired faculty beginning in 2025 to participate in Pathways to Excellence, a 15-week program developed by the Provost’s Office, Office of Research, and Center for Teaching Excellence. The program is organized into three phases: Evidence-Based Teaching (Weeks 1–6), focusing on active learning strategies and teaching portfolios; Impactful Research (Weeks 7–11), covering UF’s research infrastructure, funding opportunities, and proposal development; and Developing You (Weeks 12–15), exploring leadership, mentorship, and professional growth.
