University of Florida faculty are encouraged to submit accepted, pre-publication research to the Office of Strategic Communications and Marketing\u2019s (SCM) Research Promotion Initiative (RPI)<\/a>. This competitive program supports the public dissemination of research across all disciplines by providing professional media outreach and news coverage designed to reach broad audiences and major media outlets. Selected projects will receive funding and communications support to help increase the visibility and impact of their research. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
