Program Overview

The English Education Certificate Program prepares individuals to teach English at the secondary level (grades 6–12) through a focused, post-baccalaureate pathway. Designed for those seeking professional teacher certification, the program combines rigorous coursework with supervised field experience to support the development of effective, reflective educators in English language arts.

This fully online program leads to eligibility for Florida Professional Educator Certification and is approved by the Florida Department of Education as an Educator Preparation Institute (EPI).
