\n<\/strong>Higher education policy<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Justin C. Ortagus is an Assistant Professor of Higher Education Administration & Policy and Director of the\u00a0<\/span>Institute of Higher Education<\/u><\/a>. He obtained his Ph.D. in Higher Education from Pennsylvania State University, where he served as a graduate research assistant at the Center for the Study of Higher Education. Dr. Ortagus teaches courses related to higher education administration, organization theory, and technology in higher education.<\/p>\n

His research typically examines the growing influence of online education and technology in higher education. Dr. Ortagus also studies the extent to which community college enrollment and the implementation of various state policies impact the opportunities and outcomes of historically underrepresented students.
