About

Dr. Katie Pelton is an Assistant Professor of Special Education in the School of Special Education, School Psychology, & Early Childhood Studies at College of Education. Her research specializes in research methods, measurement, and evaluation, focusing on quantitative psychometrics, multilevel reliability and validity modeling, and school-based behavioral assessment data. She also brings extensive expertise in the evaluation and implementation of multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS/Ci3T) and universal behavioral screening systems across K–12 educational environments.
