She has led strategic initiatives in student success, engagement, and wellbeing on a campus of 60,000 students. Known as a strategist and student advocate, Dr. Carodine has overseen key areas such as first-generation student support, leadership and service, dean of students office, career services, and internationalization, while building collaborative partnerships across academic and student affairs. Her work is rooted in a deep commitment to experiential learning, purpose-driven education, and student development. She brings a holistic and mission-driven approach to transforming campus life and student outcomes.
