The University of Florida Student Personnel in Higher Education part-time online program is job-embedded and best suited for professionals who are currently working in student affairs, or a related field, and are interested in advancing their careers.

Our students have a variety of backgrounds and experiences, coming from community/state colleges, research universities, and liberal arts colleges across Florida and the country.

While the program is based in student affairs, the curriculum is designed to address the needs of a variety of student-centered positions across higher education to include academic advising, financial aid, and support services within the academic affairs.

Students enter the graduate program in the fall semester as members of a cohort group. They complete their degree in a cohort model over the course of two years, including both summers

Note about the webinar: Since the webinar was filmed the College of Education and program have decided that THREE (3) recommendation letters are required, and at least one of those recommendation letters should come from a current or previous supervisor.
