Feedback from April 2023 summit reviewed. Recommendation to close goal and focus on AI related topics.<\/p>\n<h4>Recommendation for Faculty to Encourage Diverse Online Students&#8217; Recruitment:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Outreach<\/li>\n<li>Look at where your students are located, especially for out of state students<\/li>\n<li>Pull data from the last five years to gather trends<\/li>\n<li>Look at diversity by region<\/li>\n<li>Pull by home state to encourage growth and recruitment<\/li>\n<li>Collaboration across programs re: strategies for recruitment<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with ETC re: targeted areas for marketing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Goal 3 &#8211; Met<\/h3>\n<p>Committee Organized and presented &#8220;Using AI in Teaching and Learning&#8221; with ETC and CITT. Feb 2024.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In Person and online<\/li>\n<li>Presentation &#8211; participants were hands on using AI tools for course development<\/li>\n<li>~35-40 participants<\/li>\n<li>Positive feedback &#8211; faculty desire more workshops like this<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Goal 4 &#8211; Met<\/h3>\n<p>Met with ETC multiple times during meetings to discuss how to support faculty with QM\/UF Markers Alignment for Statewide Audit.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Committee presented with ETC &#8220;Course Mapping Webinar&#8221; April 4th, 2024<\/li>\n<li>See Recommendations for future committees<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>2024-2025 T&#038;Ed Carry Forward Recommendations<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Continue supporting the faculty with using AI in teaching and learning\n<ul>\n<li>Student work<\/li>\n<li>Course development<\/li>\n<li>Workshops<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Work with ETC re: potential Blue Ribbon competitions<\/li>\n<li>Support ETC and College re: Course mapping and 2025 Strategic Online Plan\n<ul>\n<li>Recommendations for future support: some faculty have so many courses.
