What research are you currently working on?<\/h2>\n

I am currently developing assessments of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in higher education, including assessment standards for fair and equitable evaluation.<\/p>\n

What is the broader impact of your research?<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

My work is central to accreditation and ensuring fair and equitable environments at post-secondary institutions.<\/p>\n
