UF’s Launch of Core Values!
EduGators, we want to thank you for doing your part to make the College of Education one of the best in the nation. On February 9th we would like to emphasize the Launch of UF’s Core Values. If you aren’t familiar with the core values, check out the website with more information.
We need your help! EduGator Central-Student Services is collecting submissions for our Launch of UF’s Core Values. We are asking College of Education students (individuals or groups) to submit a piece of work to be evaluated by our selection committee for a cash award! You can submit an essay, poetry, photography, fine art, video, or any other form of personal representation that you feel exemplifies the UF Core Values. The only requirement is that you are a College of Education major or minor student. Submissions can be sent to SSFrontDesk@coe.ufl.edu. We’ll collect submissions January 27th through February 6th. The winners will be announced on February 9th! We’ll be handing out three $100 awards to the top submissions.
EduGator Focus Group – February 7
We’re searching for students of the COE to participate in a guided focus group discussion about our college. Participants in this focus group will discuss their experience with the college in a variety of topics from social media engagement to events held at the school. If you’re interested in participating, please sign up via this Google Form.
If you would like to contribute to our efforts but can’t make it to the focus group, you’re in luck! We have also created a survey for students to fill out with their experience at the College of Education. You can fill out that survey here. Your participation in this focus group and survey is incredibly valued, because the results of this focus group will be used to improve the student experience at the College of Education! Thank you in advance.
