College of Education Research Symposium

Join us for the 2021 UF College of Education Research Symposium, brought to you by the UF College of Education, the Education College Council (ECC), and the Student Alliance of Graduates in Education (SAGE). The Symposium is 100% open to the public – anyone can join any session, no registration required.

Here are some highlights of what you won’t want to miss:

  • Keynote Presentation: “Leading Through Uncertain Times: How COE School Directors Managed Difficult Times and Lead our Schools Forward” – Our COE school directors – Dr. David Miller, Dr. Erica McCray, and Dr. Ester de Jong – describe the past year in their respective schools and what to expect moving forward (1-2pm on 3/4).
  • Roundtable Presentations: Join Zoom rooms for roundtable presentations all day long as undergraduate students, graduate students, and practitioners present their research and discuss some of the most pressing issues in education today
  • Virtual Digital Poster Gallery: Check out digital posters from the Gainesville education community in an immersive, 3D virtual space!
  • Grab-n-go goodies from ECC at Norman Hall: Say hi to your friends at ECC and grab snacks, swag, and other goodies at their table at the Conference Center of Norman Hall from 12-1pm on 3/4.
