The Great Florida Teach-In is an annual job fair organized by the Florida Department of Education, Bureau of Educator Recruitment, Development and Retention. It provides a convenient forum that enables certified teachers seeking employment in Florida to obtain interviews with Florida school district and Florida charter school personnel responsible for hiring teachers.
The 2021 Teach-In is scheduled for Saturday, March 27, 2021 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at The Wyndham Resort on International Drive in Orlando, Florida. The Department does not hire or interview teachers; accordingly, the Department cannot guarantee that teachers attending the Teach-In will be interviewed or offered employment.
Registration for the 2021 Great Florida Teach-In is currently open through K12JobSpot.com. As the event date draws closer, we encourage candidates to contact school districts and/or charter schools directly to make inquiries regarding specific job openings.
