A 500-750 word essay (typed, double-spaced) in response to the following: Specify your career goals and how your study at the University of Florida relates to those goals. Include evidence of your interest in, commitment to, and/or potential for leadership in the field of education. 4. Two Scholarship Recommendation forms from current or former professors, employers, or others who know you well. Recommendations from family members will not be accepted. 5. Some COE scholarships require a demonstration of financial need. Please remember to submit the FAFSA at www.fafsa.gov if you would like to be considered for scholarships requiring evidence of financial need.
