Typically, you create a GatorLink ID immediately upon joining the University. GatorLink ID\u2019s are often a primary email address, in the form of username@ufl.edu, for UF constituents.<\/p>\n<p>Like many things you will encounter at UF, your GatorLink ID has significant policies and responsibilities. Your GatorLink identity is exclusively tied to you. GatorLink password information should not be given to other individuals (not even to COE IT Staff). Per UF\u2019s <a title=\"Policy for use of GatorLink Services\" href=\"https:\/\/it.ufl.edu\/policies\/information-security\/account-management-policy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Policy for use of GatorLink Services<\/a>, users are responsible for all activities associated with their\u00a0GatorLink\u00a0user name.<\/p>\n<p>To create a Gatorlink username, your Human Resources representative will email you a link to establish a UF Gatorlink account.<\/p>\n<p>If you encounter difficulties creating or using your GatorLink ID, visit https:\/\/account.it.ufl.edu\/ for self-help.\u00a0 If unable to resolve, Gatorlinnk IDs are managed by the central UF Computing Help Desk and you will need to call them at <strong>392-HELP<\/strong>\u00a0or via email:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:helpdesk@ufl.edu\">helpdesk@ufl.edu<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":21,"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"_et_pb_use_builder":"","_et_pb_old_content":"","_et_gb_content_width":"","footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-1022","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v22.0 (Yoast SEO v22.0) -
