IT Support Supervisor<\/em><\/strong> – Works with college administrators, faculty and staff to develop and implement methods for the effective use of technology in the College.\u00a0 Facilitates UF IT Security Risk Assessments for the College. Supervises the daily activities of IT staff who provide technical support for the College and ensures that all Information Technology Systems are running effectively and reliably.<\/p>\n Systems Administrator<\/em><\/strong> \u00a0\u2013 Designs, builds and maintains a high-availability infrastructure to support the college and distance learning initiatives. Manages software updates, backup and related infrastructure on a 24\/7 basis.<\/p>\n End User Computing Specialist III<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 Over sees and implements workstation automation and other projects . Provides technical support for PC and Apple computers to all faculty, administrators, staff and students. Provides support for File permissions, Email accounts and Lenel Security.<\/p>\n End User Computing Specialist II<\/em> <\/strong>\u2013 Provides PC and Macintosh support to faculty, administrators, staff and students. Manages and coordinates software licenses compliance and utilization.<\/p>\n End User Computing Specialist II<\/em> <\/strong>\u2013 Provides PC and Macintosh support to faculty, administrators, staff and students. Provides Audio\/Video support for conference rooms and classrooms.<\/p>\n Desktop Support Assistant<\/em> <\/strong>\u2013 Provides PC and Macintosh support to faculty, administrators, staff, and students.<\/p>\n Student Assistants<\/em> <\/strong>\u2013 Assists with instructional technology equipment checkout and inventory, coordinates vendor repairs and returns, and assists with software licensing.
