Make a Plan to Reach Your Goal

Now that you’ve set a goal, think about the small steps you can take to make it happen. These steps should be simple, realistic, and something you can do within a set timeframe.

Example Plan

Goal: Help my baby get better sleep.

Steps:

  • Create a calming bedtime routine (bath, book, soft music) by: next Monday.
  • Put my baby to sleep at the same time each night by: the end of the week.
  • Keep nighttime feedings quiet and the lights dim by: the end of the month.
