Learn How to Showcase Your Growth<\/strong><\/h2>\n

As part of the job-embedded element of this program<\/a>, you will be creating a portfolio<\/a> providing evidence of your growth in the TLSI program goals.<\/p>\n

In your online orientation you will learn all about the portfolio<\/a>, and each course will guide you toward completion of artifacts that will be used at the end of your program to demonstrate your growth as a master teacher, teacher leader, and teacher researcher.<\/p>\n

In the final semester of the program, you will take a practicum course where you will work with a portfolio coach to assemble all the written parts of your portfolio<\/a>. Students seeking an Ed.S. degree will take Supervised Research in place of the practicum during the graduation semester because Specialist Portfolios require more research and more writing.
