    Join our Team

The Akwaaba Freedom School is composed of a diverse team of faculty members, students, and community members dedicated to providing more opportunities for underserved youth and their families. Staff members receive professional development through the Ella Baker Training program, a program that aims to create the next generation of servant leaders and child advocates. Staff will have the opportunity to receive training from local experts, network with other leaders in the community, and gain hands-on experience with university-community partnerships. Join our fast-paced team that is making a positive impact on early childhood education.
