Cat Dixon

IT Support Supervisor – Works with college administrators, faculty and staff to develop and implement methods for the effective use of technology in the College.  Facilitates UF IT Security Risk Assessments for the College. Supervises the daily activities of IT staff who provide technical support for the College and ensures that all Information Technology Systems are running effectively and reliably.


Jordan Shinall

Systems Administrator  – Designs, builds and maintains a high-availability infrastructure to support the college and distance learning initiatives. Manages software updates, backup and related infrastructure on a 24/7 basis.


Jonathan Essex.

End User Computing Specialist III – Over sees and implements workstation automation and other projects . Provides technical support for PC and Apple computers to all faculty, administrators, staff and students. Provides support for File permissions, Email accounts and Lenel Security.



Sylvia Hayes

End User Computing Specialist II – Provides PC and Macintosh support to faculty, administrators, staff and students. Manages and coordinates software licenses compliance and utilization.



Thomas Greenia

End User Computing Specialist II – Provides PC and Macintosh support to faculty, administrators, staff and students. Provides Audio/Video support for conference rooms and classrooms.


Jason Wurster

Desktop Support Assistant – Provides PC and Macintosh support to faculty, administrators, staff, and students.


Student Assistants – Assists with instructional technology equipment checkout and inventory, coordinates vendor repairs and returns, and assists with software licensing. Provide technical and administrative assistance to the OIIT office including basic break/fix pc support.
