Kathryn (Katy) Chapman, Ph.D. is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Early Childhood Studies and affiliate of the Anita Zucker Center for Excellence in Early Childhood Studies. Her research interests focus on the intersection of policy, leadership, and financial investments in early childhood systems. She has worked as a Confidential Assistant with the Early Learning Team in the Office of the Secretary at the United States Department of Education. She holds a Ph.D. in Educational Policy and Evaluation from the Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College, Arizona State University.
