We set up the gym in rotations that include vault, bars, beam, floor, and a tumble track, so our athletes can work on a variety of motor skills. The athletes have a range of disabilities including autism, Down syndrome, ADD/ADHD, and cerebral palsy. Our volunteers work 1 on 1 or 2 on 1 with our athletes and help them improve their social, motor and cognitive skills.
