The College of Education has established Academic Learning Compacts (ALC) for our two undergraduate degree majors. These compacts are effective for all students entering the college as of Fall 2006. The compacts differ slightly depending upon the major.

Elementary Education
Sample Assessments –
Performance Demonstration – Students enrolled in the Bachelor of Arts in Education – Elementary Education – degree program are expected to demonstrate the Florida Educator Accomplished Practices (FEAPs) at the Pre-Professional Level through performance on a series of tasks or assessments in courses throughout their program of study. The culminating performance demonstration for the Elementary Education bachelor’s degree occurs through a field experience in the course EDE 4942 – Integrated Teaching (Co-Teaching and Accommodating Diverse Learners, and a rating is recorded in LiveText.

Special Education (Early Childhood)
