Counseling and Human Services
The UF counseling and human services specialization prepares students for careers supporting individuals and communities through social services, education and behavioral health fields. With a unique focus on understanding human development and strengthening the interpersonal communication skills needed to support people’s well-being, this track prepares you for the complexities of working in helping professions. Graduates work in social services, nonprofit organizations, and education support services, and are prepared to pursue graduate degrees in counseling, social work, psychology and more.
