Dr. La Noue is Professor Emeritus of Public Policy and Political Science, University of Maryland, Baltimore County and author of Silenced Stages: The Loss of Academic Freedom and Campus Policy Debates. His book was cited by the Florida legislature in the recent passage of state legislation requiring public policy debates on public university campuses.
