Research Biography

Dr. Anne Seraphine currently engages in research that addresses the pedagogical issues that emerge when training and assessing program evaluation practitioners.  One recent focus has been on the use and validation of ePortfolios that are used to assess students, who are enrolled in an online master’s major in program evaluation. She has also explored how to identify and ameliorate the effects of implicit bias when conducting culturally responsive evaluations. In the past, Dr. Seraphine conducted simulation research in the areas of dimensionality and structural equation modeling.
