Dr. Jia Zheng is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Student Personnel in Higher Education (SPHE) and the Coordinator for the On-Campus SPHE ME.d program. She teaches courses on diversity issues in higher education, practicum in student personnel, capstone in student personnel, and introduction to qualitative research in higher education. Dr. Zheng's teaching is informed by inclusive, culturally-relevant, and equity-oriented pedagogy, and as a teacher, she centers learners, orients towards equity and social justice, and bridges theory and practice for her students.
