About
Dr. Anne Seraphine is interested in the political and methodological issues that arise when planning and conducting evaluations of educational programs at the district and state levels. Currently, she is the principal investigator of a Florida Department of Education funded evaluation, Early Childhood Music Education Incentive Pilot Program Evaluation. In the past Dr. Seraphine has explored research that addresses the pedagogical issues that emerge when training and assessing program evaluation practitioners.
