The Specialist in Education (Ed.S.) in Curriculum & Instruction with a focus on Teacher Leadership for School Improvement is a 36-credit program beyond the master’s degree, designed for experienced educators seeking advanced professional growth. This fully online, job-embedded program emphasizes leadership, practitioner research, and instructional expertise, allowing educators to apply learning directly within their professional settings.
