As a public institution, our costs are reasonable, even if you are not a Florida resident.
Please note that Florida is now NC-SARA certified. This means that UF is authorized to provide online enrollment to residents of most states. Only the states noted are not eligible. An explanation on restrictions can be found here.

**Students who are out of state and wish to qualify for the Flat Rate Waiver must be registered for all of their classes by the end of the drop/add period for the full semester in which they are enrolled.
