Program Requirements

The UF education sciences major is ideal for those who want to improve education at a systems level through policy, research and innovation. This major is not a teacher or educator preparation program. Instead, it teaches students how people learn, how education systems work, and how research and policy shape society. We prepare graduates for careers in many growing fields or to enter graduate programs. The education sciences major is available on-campus or online for a flexible and customizable learning experience.
