Step 2: Program Supporting Application Material

Please upload the resume and writing sample with your UF online graduate application under “Other Upload” in the Upload Resume section of the UF online application. Please combine all documents into one PDF document for upload if you cannot upload separate documents.

REQUIRED PROGRAM APPLICATION MATERIALS

  1. Résumé – Pursuant to Florida Statute, your application requires inclusion of all post-high school education and employment, as well as information about ongoing international affiliations and research funding. Please ensure this information is included on your curriculum vitae (CV) or résumé.
  2. Writing Sample – We seek evidence that you can present a thesis, develop an idea, and present your ideas on paper. Please submit a writing sample on a topic in the general field of PK-12 or higher education policy or leadership. The writing sample should be no more than 10 pages and may be work that you have previously completed as coursework, a professional writing sample, or an original essay for this application.

Step 3: Interview

Prospective students may be invited for a campus visit following the preliminary approval of all application materials.
