The University of Florida is introducing eDisclose, a new electronic Conflicts of Interest disclosure system. This transition will impact researchers and study staff by the implementation of a new electronic disclosure system over the next few months. Certified disclosure information will be used in UFIRST and myIRB applications starting August 25, 2025. To ensure a smooth transition, all researchers and study staff must certify their Disclosure Profile in eDisclose by August 22, 2025, even if their disclosure indicates they have nothing to declare. Live, 1-hour long Zoom training sessions will be offered for researchers, study staff, and research administrators throughout the summer. Training and resources, including FAQs, are available at coi.ufl.edu to guide you through this process and address any questions.
