Annual Report

The University of Florida College of Education’s 2025 Annual Report from the Office of Educational Research highlights significant growth in research funding, collaboration, and faculty engagement. Faculty productivity and efforts toward securing external funding remain high, with FY2025 showing continued momentum in proposal activity and collaboration. Most notably, there were increases in (a) requested proposal dollars ($287.7M, +7.7% vs. FY2024), (b) total proposals submitted (259, +4.4% vs. FY2024), (c) research expenditures ($124.1M, +8.7% vs. FY2024), (d) collaborative proposal volume (66 collaborative proposals, +4.8% vs. FY2024), and (e) requested collaborative proposal dollars ($201.8M requested collaboratively, +164.5% vs. FY2024).
