Centralized Research Coordination Service

The Centralized Research Coordinator Service (CRCS) is an OER initiative designed to support researchers in managing the logistical aspects of their funded projects. The service aims to allow researchers to focus more on their scholarship by providing dedicated assistance with various aspects of research coordination, including proposal preparation, project management, and post-award support.
The CRCS is staffed by a team of Research Coordinators. Researchers are encouraged to include research coordination in their proposal budgets and can allocate dedicated time from these coordinators to ensure efficient management of their grants and projects.
In addition to supporting research projects, the CRCS collaborates closely with OER’s pre- and post-award teams to streamline grant processes. The goal of the CRCS is to provide comprehensive support for research teams, ensuring that faculty can focus on their core research activities while the logistical and administrative tasks are handled by experienced coordinators.
