Conflicts of Interest
As of August 24, 2012 changes in federal reporting requirements have resulted in a new “Outside Activities and Financial Interests” form. The new form is effective for all UF staff and out-of-unit faculty. The form and accompanying updated guidelines and instructions are available here.
In addition, new nepotism guidelines and a template for agreements to address conflicts of interest arising from the employment of relatives (“Nepotism Sample Memorandum”) are now available on the Human Resource Services website at here.
