Dr. Kelley recently earned his Ed.D. Degree. His dissertation entitled “Factors That Have An Effect On Students Scores On the Florida Agebra 1 End-Of-Course Assessment In Algebra 1 Classrooms Using Interactive Whiteboard Tools” provides a strong model for studying the possible effects of IWTs in classrooms.
