This program is ideal for prospective ed tech students who embrace scholarship to address important societal problems and desire to create and disseminate new knowledge via collaboration between and among disciplines.

Graduates of this program are college and university faculty, researchers in educational organizations and leaders in centers and institutes.

Online Ed.D.

Doctorate Program

This program is ideal for professionals aiming to apply theory and research related to educational technology to improve educational environments. These prospective students want to engage in an online community of inquiry while remaining in their professional roles.

Graduates of this program are leaders at classroom, school, and district levels and leaders in educational technology organizations and companies.

Educational technology minor

Undergraduate Program

This program is designed for future professionals who are seeking a career in educational institutions, or in business, corporate or industry settings. Possible employment opportunities include but are not limited to: media specialist, instructional designer, technology trainer, media or web developer, or eLearning consultant.

At the completion of the minor, students will have created a web portfolio showcasing their mastery in designing, developing and utilizing a variety of interactive multimedia products and technology to enhance learning effectiveness.

Bachelor of Arts in Educational Technology

The educational technology specialization, offered within our Education Sciences major, is designed to establish a background understanding of and to help cultivate the skills needed to succeed in one of the most in-demand fields in the 21st century.
