Connect to Server

STEP 1

Install Visual Studio Code.

STEP 2

Download the Remote – SSH extension for VS Code. 

STEP 3

• Open the Command Pallete (shift+command+p on mac).
• Enter “Remote SSH – Add New SSH Host” 
• Enter ssh coe-yourname@ipaddressforserver

STEP 4

• Open the Command Pallete (shift+command+p on mac).
• Enter “Remote SSH – Connect to Host” 
• Select the IP address for the server that was entered in the previous step
• Enter password when prompted

STEP 5

Go to explorer and navigate to var/temp/www/html to view WordPress files
