The Synergy Center for Educational Innovation & Collaboration believes that all students should have the opportunity to learn. The Synergy Center for Educational Innovation & Collaboration is a research partnership of community educators, policymakers, and the University of Florida, working to address the enduring, systemic inequities in education.

Beginning with our local community schools in Alachua County and the surrounding districts, our research seeks to formulate and implement policies as well as practices that provide equitable learning opportunities for historically minoritized and marginalized students in ways that will influence change at the local, state, and national level.
